Flange (drum support) for Candy 80048038 washing machine • driven • for vertical loading washing machines • equipment is shown in the photo (1 flange) • base diameter (±1 mm) - 150 mm • shaft diameters - 13.8-17.8x40 mm (from base to end of shaft) • central hole - M6 thread • shaft height from base - 19.3 mm • total flange height (±1 mm) - 24.4 mm • flange attachment to drum - 6 holes Ø 5 mm (center to center distance 130 mm) The flange of the washing machine is attached to the drum and acts as a semi-axis. It has one flat round side with holes, which is pressed against the surface of the drum using bolts. The second side of the flange (shaft, half-axle) is mounted in a block bearing (caliper), fixed in a special hole in the tank. Two flanges are always used. One has a seat for the belt pulley (drive flange), while the second supports the drum on the other side (drive flange). If the flange is damaged, it cannot be repaired and is replaced with a new one. Using a defective flange can lead to serious damage to other components and disrupt the operation of the entire device.
