The bakery is not baking the bread.

Many people who have bread makers notice that sometimes the dough doesn't bake. Then the question arises as to what the possible reasons are. Is there a fault in the bread maker?
The most important condition for the dough to bake properly is to prepare the right consistency and spices. Make sure to moisten the mixture before putting it in the oven. The dough should not be too dry, but not too wet with water. Try to find the “golden mean” for the consistency.
If the mixture is too dry, add a little water. If it is too wet, add flour. Make sure the bread pan is properly placed in the bread maker.
Experienced bakers have learned many tricks to make their baked goods last longer and be softer. A higher water content in the dough is key to obtaining good baked goods.
But remember that a wetter mixture is harder to work with and shape. At the same time, it also ferments faster. This requires you to be more skillful and hit the right time to put the dough in the oven.

If your bread maker isn't baking long enough, make sure the cycle is set correctly. Most bread makers default to a 60-minute program. However, this can vary depending on the model. If the bread doesn't bake long enough, it will be undercooked and won't taste good.
There is another problem where the dough does not rise even though the appliance is set to the correct program. Even if you add more water, reduce the salt and add the right spices, the bread does not bake well. The dough rises just a little and then looks like

One solution is to add distilled water. Check that the appliance is heating the mixture to the correct temperature. If the temperature is too high or too low, the dough will not rise. If the mixing timer is off and running at the wrong time, then the mixture will not bake.
You can experiment with making bread outside the machine. Mix flour, water, and a little yeast. Then put the dough in the refrigerator. If the dough does not rise, but turns into a “brick”, then the problem is either with the yeast or with your machine.
Reasons why the bakery doesn't bake bread:

Incorrectly prepared consistency
