Is it worth buying a combined washer and dryer?

Although a combined washer-dryer seems like a more convenient option for any home, the right choice depends on you. You need to consider the space in your home, the needs of your family, and your budget. A combined washer-dryer combines the functions of both appliances in one. The machine washes and dries your clothes without you having to take them out.
And there are some models that can complete the process automatically in just one cycle. This makes them an excellent helper in today's hectic everyday life, in which we fail to devote the necessary attention to household chores. This is a rather unpleasant drawback of combined appliances. You may have to run several cycles to dry the washed clothes. Another solution is to choose a combined appliance with energy-saving technology. Some modern washer-dryers show excellent performance and durability, while requiring less energy to operate. Overall, a combined appliance is a compromise! And another important thing is that most washing machines, if they have a defect in the dryer, such as a crack in the heating element, a problem with the sensors or some other defects, the appliance cannot also work as a washing machine. The appliances are simply programmed so that the software looks for the dryer. So if the dryer breaks, there is no working washing machine. The parts are overpriced by the manufacturer to compensate for everything you get.
